I didn't set out to build another staffing agency. I set out to build something that actually changes lives — on both sides of the hire.
My background spans brand activations at Smart Communications and customer marketing at Unilever Philippines — where I built deployment systems for brands like Dove, Rexona, Sunsilk, and TRESemmé at national scale. I then joined our family business, Galleon Services Corporation, rebuilt it from the ground up, and grew it by 300% over 11 years.
I built GS Virtual because I kept meeting solo practitioners who all said the same thing: "I know I need help. I just don't know where to start." That's the problem I exist to solve — guiding you through your first remote hire, so you can get back to the work only you can do.

You could post a job ad yourself — but that means 10+ hours reading CVs, interviewing strangers, checking references, handling contracts, and managing payroll, all before the person has done a single hour of work for you. We handle all of that. You get a shortlist of 3–4 people we've already vetted deeply. You interview them, choose the one you connect with, and we handle everything else — including staying with you for the first 90 days.
We don't post a job ad and wait. We actively search, then put every candidate through our own vetting process — assessing skills, English communication, personality, cognitive ability, and time management. But we also go deeper than tests. We look at character: how they handle ambiguity, how they communicate problems, whether they take ownership. If we're not personally confident, you won't see them.

From our first conversation to your Remote Expert's first day, the process typically takes up to 14 days. We'd rather take an extra few days to get it right than move fast and get it wrong.

We help you think through what to delegate first, how to set expectations, and how to build a working relationship that actually sticks. You manage the day-to-day. We support the relationship from behind the scenes.

We'd rather work through it than replace — most early friction is fixable. Your account manager will step in, address concerns, and work with both sides to resolve them. If things genuinely don't improve, we'll place you with a different Remote Expert at no extra cost. We stand behind every match we make.
Yes. Your Remote Expert can sign your company NDA before beginning work. They also sign a contract with GS Virtual that includes a confidentiality clause covering client information. Your business and your clients' privacy are protected on both sides.
